1. How long are shipping times?
Our suppliers typically ship items within one to five days of receiving an order. From that point, it takes one to four weeks for items to reach your doorstep. Each product at Barking Buddy Boutique has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.
2. What's your return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
We apologize! If there's an issue with your order -- if it's the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we'll give you a full refund. You won't be asked to ship the product back to us.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
